## Title: Customer Support and Business Development Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Customer Support and Business Development Officer to join our team. This unique role goes beyond traditional support functions—you will be the face of our web solution, providing high-touch support online, delivering hands-on training sessions in person, and identifying new business opportunities to drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional technical assistance via email, chat, and online portals across multiple channels
  • Travel to client sites to conduct live demonstrations and onboard users on our web platform
  • Proactively identify and qualify leads to expand our client base
  • Maintain organized records and use spreadsheets to track support metrics and lead pipelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in any relevant field
  • Experience in software support with the ability to quickly learn new web technologies
  • Exceptional command of oral and written English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management
  • Natural ability to identify business development opportunities and engage potential clients
  • Strong office management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
