About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in a Customer Service and Sales Officer position. This role combines customer-facing responsibilities with sales support, requiring a professional who can manage customer interactions, process orders, and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer queries and questions in a timely and professional manner
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with courtesy and professionalism
• Maintain store tidiness and ensure products are clean and well-presented
• Prepare and fulfill customer orders accurately with full disclosure on delivery timelines
• Follow up with customers to confirm goods have been received in good condition
• Liaise with delivery agents to ensure timely and efficient product delivery
• Provide quotations and check product availability
• Handle payment transactions and confirm completion before order fulfillment
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Present and demonstrate product offerings
• Negotiate and close sales
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
