## Title: Customer Service Representative

About This Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic logistics environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing parcel services and ensuring exceptional service delivery at our station.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide information about logistics services, pricing, and delivery options
  • Answer customer inquiries about parcel registration, collection, and general logistics processes
  • Register parcels into the system with accuracy, ensuring correct customer details, parcel specifications, and delivery instructions
  • Verify customer identification and collect necessary information for the registration process
  • Facilitate smooth and secure parcel collection by verifying customer details and providing the correct parcels
  • Ensure adherence to parcel release protocols and document any deviations
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, issues, or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with other units to resolve issues and provide feedback to improve service quality
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, issue receipts securely, and maintain an organized cash register
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to financial transactions
  • Assist in managing station logistics, including organizing parcels for dispatch
  • Stay informed about updates in logistics processes and share relevant information with the team

Required Qualifications

  • HND qualification or BSc Degree
  • 1–3 years of work experience
