## Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Fadac Resources, Nigeria's leading full-service print and copy center, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. This role is essential to delivering professional assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication, prompt issue resolution, and adherence to company service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to walk-in customers courteously and professionally
  • Provide accurate information on company products, services, and policies
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
  • Process transactions, payments, and service orders where applicable
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department
  • Ensure the front desk or service area is clean, organized, and customer-friendly
  • Promote company offerings and ensure customers have a positive service experience
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Required Qualifications

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM or POS systems
  • Neat appearance, courteous disposition, and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure
  • Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions
