About the Role
Clinix Healthcare Nigeria is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and clients, delivering exceptional service across multiple channels while supporting our healthcare operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to patients and clients promptly with a friendly and professional attitude
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide accurate information on services, appointments, and organizational processes
- Assist with patient registration, billing guidance, and service scheduling
- Manage complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of all patient information
- Support daily administrative operations as required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or service industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer use (MS Word, Excel, and CRM tools)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
