An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview:
  • We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure a positive customer experience and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • Minimum of BSc Degree in any related field
  • Proven experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
