An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, fees, and company policies
- Handle student registrations, payments, and administrative documentation
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain customer records
- Manage class scheduling and communicate updates to students
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of student and company information
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- First class or Second class upper in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles (experience in education industry is an advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
