An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Responsibilties
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate Organic growth
- Handle correspondence with clients across all communication platforms.
- Work together with Team Lead to set clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Work with Team Lead to develop and improve service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 2 - 4 years experience.
