A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview:
  • One of our clients in the Beauty industry is seeking a courteous, customer-focused Customer Service Officer to manage client interactions, support sales processes, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
  • Process orders and follow up on customer transactions
  • Maintain accurate customer records and feedback logs
  • Provide product information and basic recommendations to customers
  • Support walk-in and online customers effectively
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve service delivery
  • Ensure a positive brand image at all customer touchpoints.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of OND / NCE qualification
  • 1 – 3 years experience in customer service or retail (beauty industry experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer and record-keeping skills
  • Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work on-site and handle multiple customers.
