A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
Position Overview:
- One of our clients in the Beauty industry is seeking a courteous, customer-focused Customer Service Officer to manage client interactions, support sales processes, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
- Process orders and follow up on customer transactions
- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback logs
- Provide product information and basic recommendations to customers
- Support walk-in and online customers effectively
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve service delivery
- Ensure a positive brand image at all customer touchpoints.
- Minimum of OND / NCE qualification
- 1 – 3 years experience in customer service or retail (beauty industry experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
- Ability to work on-site and handle multiple customers.
