Job Summary
The customer service intern will play a crucial role in assisting the provision of exceptional service to our customers. The intern will support the customer service team with managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product selection and order placement
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to help improve services and processes
- Support the team in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
