## Title: Customer Service Assistant

Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. In this role, you will be responsible for attending to customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience through prompt service, professionalism, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and answer questions about menu items
  • Take and process food and drink orders accurately
  • Ensure customers receive their orders correctly and promptly
  • Handle payments using POS systems and issue receipts
  • Maintain cleanliness of the service counter and dining area
  • Assist with packing takeout and delivery orders neatly
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate to a supervisor when needed
  • Restock service items such as napkins, cutlery, and takeaway packaging
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Support team members during peak hours for smooth operations
  • Actively promote products and upsell to increase customer spend

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or sales-related role, preferably within food service, retail, or hospitality
  • Basic computer and Mathematics knowledge is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with customers and drive sales through upselling or product promotion
