## Title: Customer Service Agent

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer needs
  • Perform data entry across various platforms
  • Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Document details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum OND, HND, or BSc in any related course
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency with relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Strong numeric, oral, and written communication skills
  • Must reside within Ogba, Ojodu, Ketu, Ojota, Agege, or Ikeja environs
