## Title: Customer Service Agent
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join our customer service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer needs
- Perform data entry across various platforms
- Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions
- Document details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Record details of actions taken
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Required Qualifications
- Minimum OND, HND, or BSc in any related course
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency with relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Strong numeric, oral, and written communication skills
- Must reside within Ogba, Ojodu, Ketu, Ojota, Agege, or Ikeja environs
