About The Role
This is a full-time, office-based position focused on achieving measurable sales results through effective client engagement, communication, and conversion. The role does not require outdoor marketing; instead, it requires a candidate with strong persuasive and communication skills who can convert generated leads into paying clients through follow-up, negotiation, and excellent service delivery.
Compensation & Benefits
Basic Monthly Salary: ₦100,000
Commission Structure:
- 1.5% commission on each sales value for up to 9 confirmed sales per month
- 2.5% commission on each sales value for more than 9 confirmed sales per month
This performance-based model ensures that high-performing sales officers earn significantly higher rewards, reflecting both effort and delivery. The company provides all necessary resources, leads, and support tools to facilitate success, with individual performance being the primary determinant of reward, growth, and continuity in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales communications from prospective clients
- Convert leads into paying customers through persuasive communication and follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals
- Present company products and services professionally to clients via calls, emails, and online platforms
- Track and report daily sales activities and client feedback accurately
- Collaborate with the branch manager and sales head to develop strategies that drive conversions
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records of all transactions and ensure compliance with company procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–8 years of proven experience in customer service, client relations, or sales
