## Title: Customer Relationship Officer / Front Desk Officer (NYSC)
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Customer Relationship Officer / Front Desk Officer.
Front Desk & Administrative Duties
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and partners with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Manage appointment calendars, schedule client meetings, and assist staff with coordination needs
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages
- Assist with documentation, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as necessary
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure adherence to facility access protocols
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, complaints, and service-related questions
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients through consistent, high-quality service
- Provide detailed information about the company's services, products, policies, and processes
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams
- Follow up with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for service improvement
- Support client onboarding processes to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a customer feedback system and provide periodic reports to management
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, sales, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Escalate urgent issues to relevant teams and track them to resolution
- Contribute to the development of customer service standards and front-desk procedures
Qualifications
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer service, customer relationship management, or front desk operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
