Position Overview
Chateau Royal Real Estate Limited is seeking a motivated Customer Experience & Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with leads generated by our promotional venue team, conduct thorough needs assessments, and qualify prospects for our sales team.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong ability to uncover and understand clients' real estate needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to a list of leads and prospects to introduce products and services
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and qualify leads for further engagement with the sales team
- Build strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients' real estate requirements and objectives
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to understand lead sources, demographics, and engagement strategies
- Develop and implement effective off-plan payment recovery strategies tailored to specific client needs and payment history
- Ensure seamless collections from clients and recovery of outstanding off-plan property payments
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement to enhance collection efficiency and minimize bad debt exposure
- Strive to meet or exceed lead qualification targets while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Handle client negotiations with professionalism to maintain healthy financial standing for the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within Insurance, Real Estate, or Finance firms
- Proven experience in telesales, lead qualification, or similar customer-facing roles
- Excellent verbal, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and dedicated approach
