About the Role
FMR Agency is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Experience & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Lagos. In this crucial role, you will ensure exceptional customer support and assist in the execution of our marketing campaigns. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, manage customer data, follow up on leads, and actively support all marketing initiatives and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls during working hours using company-issued communication channels
- Match customers to appropriate products and follow up on incomplete purchases
- Manage basic CRM and customer retention lists with support from the marketing team
- Follow up with leads generated from campaigns, events, or social media
- Assist in campaign coordination and execution as directed
- Participate in and support brand events, activations, and marketing launches as scheduled
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing
Required Qualifications
- BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a related role
- Female candidate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with marketing tools
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom)
Compensation
N80,000 per month
