About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Customer Care and Sales Officer to join Zenith Carex International Limited in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive client support and handle client communications effectively
- Discuss business contracts and costs with clients to facilitate deal closure
- Build and maintain strong business connections on behalf of the company
- Develop and execute strategies to open and close deals, meeting revenue targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients while generating new business to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business markets and record daily customer transactions
- Handle client complaints professionally by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed timeframes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services
- Make presentations on products and services to prospective clients
- Initiate and identify target markets for business development
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, process client accounts, and file documents appropriately
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales or client relationship management with a proven track record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Integrity and professionalism
- Courteous and presentable demeanor
- Residing in Agbor or its environs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the logistics industry
- Background in marketing
