About the Role
We are seeking a courteous and professional Customer Care Receptionist to join Unified Payment Services Limited in Lagos. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing communications effectively.
Job Objectives
- Provide courteous and professional welcoming of clients and visitors
- Manage incoming calls and communications efficiently
- Maintain a serene and conducive reception environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain a serene and conducive atmosphere in the reception space
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, routing them appropriately
- Respond to customer emails promptly
- Deploy excellent listening and communication skills to provide helpful information that supports service improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Quality of client welcoming and courtesy
- Call management efficiency
- Quality of phone responses
- Reception area ambience and maintenance
- Conversation metric quality
- Understanding of job role expectations
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in any discipline (minimum grade 2.2 or Lower Credit)
- Minimum 1 year of work experience with a reputable organization
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
