Key Requirements

• Master's degree (MBA or MSc) or professional qualification such as ACCA, CFA, or CIBN is an added advantage
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in banking or within credit, lending, or risk management
• Proven experience in credit underwriting, risk management, and the development of credit products in a banking environment
