About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a qualified Credit Officer to facilitate lending for our clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant paperwork across Lagos State. In this position, you will help clients acquire loans efficiently while ensuring all requirements are met and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review and process loan requests
• Assess clients' financial status and creditworthiness
• Evaluate financial risks and approve or reject loan applications
• Contact clients to gather financial data and required documentation
• Analyse risks and make lending decisions
• Set up and manage payment plans
• Maintain updated records of all loan applications
• Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals
• Monitor progress of existing loans
• Manage daily and weekly repayment collection

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field
