Credit and Marketing Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a business-oriented and result-driven Senior Credit and Marketing Officer to oversee the company's ongoing marketing operations and drive strategic initiatives that align with business goals.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in scaling the organization, attracting loans and deposits from prospects, enhancing efficiency, and implementing operational excellence across the business development departments.

The ideal candidate must be currently working within a financial institution on the island. Candidates with experience in marketing, an MBA, or a master's degree will have added advantages given the sector's fast-paced, regulatory, and technology-driven nature.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, and brand activations
• Oversee the production of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support business development
• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement the company's strategic goals and objectives

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• 8 to 12 years of managerial or senior leadership experience
• MBA or master's degree in a related field (preferred)
• Experience within the fintech industry (preferred)
• Experience working in the banking sector (advantageous)
• Proven track record of scaling organizations and leading cross-functional teams
