An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, identify, and onboard new loan customers across diverse market segments
  • Promote the bank’s credit products and achieve assigned loan disbursement targets
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable loan solutions
  • Guide customers through loan applications in line with credit policies and documentation requirements
  • Work closely with Credit and Risk teams to ensure timely loan approvals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
  • Monitor loan performance and resolve customer-related issues promptly
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Stay informed on market trends and emerging customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in loan sales, credit acquisition, or retail banking
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and loan targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Solid understanding of credit processes and loan documentation
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM or loan management tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
