Job Summary
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, close high-value deals, strengthen business relationships, and lead execution to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and revenue plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling corporate presentations, proposals, and sales pitches
- Lead contract negotiation, deal structuring, and closing of high-value B2B agreements
- Monitor market intelligence, competitor activities, and pricing trends
- Collaborate internally with finance, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Track sales pipeline using CRM tools and submit weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 4–6 years of B2B/corporate sales experience in Banking, Insurance, or related sectors
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large enterprise deals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical ability and knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting
Compensation
N400,000 – N500,000 monthly
