About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Corporate Sales Executive to drive sales growth by presenting, promoting, and selling products and services to existing and prospective corporate organizations. This role involves developing strong business relationships, creating new corporate accounts, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective corporate organizations
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential corporate clients to meet their specific requirements
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Create new corporate accounts through targeted outreach and cold calling
- Reach out to corporate organizations through cold calling and business development initiatives
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze market potential within assigned territory, track sales, and prepare status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry
- Follow up on debt recovery and trade receivables
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback and learning
Key Performance Indicators
- Customer acquisition (Target vs Achieved)
- Revenue delivered (Target vs Achieved)
- Receivables reduction (% Reduction on overdue per week)
- Near-zero incidence of customer complaints or negative feedback
- Near-zero incidence of untimely response to escalations
- Learning & Development (Number of skills/certificates acquired per month)
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Proven work experience as a Corporate Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
