About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Corporate Sales Executive. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing corporate sales across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business, channel opportunities, and customer needs in the region to ensure sustainable business growth
- Explore, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts
- Negotiate with potential accounts and customers on special deals, pricing, timing, and service compensation in line with company policy
- Achieve and exceed total corporate sales targets for the region
- Manage and coordinate on-ground corporate activities, including data collection from other centers to support sales initiatives
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities across HMOs, private hospitals, companies, public hospitals, and diagnostic centers
- Own the forecasting process and funnel maintenance for the channel within the region
- Develop strategies to increase patronage and position the organization as the diagnostic center of choice
- Collaborate with the Head of Commercial, Heads of Sales, and Clinical team to support value-adding programs and initiatives
- Provide market insights for corporate business planning, including trends, competitor behavior, and potential projects in the healthcare diagnostics industry
- Develop and maintain market intelligence on available and potential opportunities, competitive threats, and regional dynamics, reporting findings promptly
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of accounts with optimal relationship management of key clients
- Prepare timely periodic reports as required (weekly, monthly, or on demand)
- Manage corporate sales agents in accordance with established performance management principles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences, Related Sciences, Business Management, or Marketing
- 2–3 years of business development experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in diagnostics
- Strong solution-based corporate selling skills
