Corporate Operations Executive at Konga Online Shopping Limited

Role Overview

Corporate Operations Executives are the face of the company, responsible for interacting with customers and potential clients, presenting the company's products and services, onboarding and retaining corporate clients, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with vendor managers to ensure product prices are shared promptly
• Coordinate with partner management to secure the best discounted shipping costs and ensure fees are communicated promptly
• Monitor profitability analysis and ensure products arrive on time for shipment on the next available loading day or as specified by the customer
• Track corporate sales items from receipt through in-bound/cross-dock processing, invoicing, and shipment (road or air)
• Share daily delivery status and feedback with the team to manage customer expectations
• Follow up on processing of items from the warehouse for head office pickups
• Ensure regularization of all corporate sales cross-docked items
• Coordinate with supply chain operations to share daily delivery status in table format via email for customers with multiple delivery locations
• Ensure proof of delivery (POD) documentation is uploaded within 24-48 hours of delivery for customer records and invoice submission
• Manage after-sales support including pickup, resolution, and drop-off of corporate sales items
• Follow up on payment regularization with finance upon customer payment
• Obtain credit sales approval from the Head of Finance
• Process payment requests for all corporate operational expenses
