## Title: Corporate Learning & Development Officer

An established boutique consulting firm located on Lagos Island with over 40 seasoned professionals bringing varied experiences from both private and public sectors. The firm is a leading provider of management consulting services to clients across key economic sectors including Power, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, and Manufacturing, operating throughout Nigeria and the West Coast.

Job Summary

The Corporate Learning & Development Officer will drive the development and delivery of learning solutions for corporate clients across multiple sectors, combining curriculum design expertise with business development acumen at executive levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop curricula for courses delivered to corporate clients across various sectors
  • Develop learning solutions proposals for clients across sectors
  • Conduct training needs analysis surveys and research to identify client requirements
  • Effectively coordinate the delivery of corporate courses via virtual or physical modes
  • Carry out extensive business development at the executive levels of corporate clients
  • Manage and deepen existing corporate relationships to drive growth
  • Conduct continuous research to track changing client learning needs
  • Liaise with managers and create training processes
  • Meet quarterly market share and financial targets
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports

Required Qualifications

  • HR or related background with a 2:1 or first class degree from a top-tier university
  • Minimum 5 years of Learning & Development experience
  • Proven curriculum development experience
  • Evidence of meeting and exceeding sales targets at executive levels
  • Strong experience in Financial Services, Technology, or Energy sectors
  • Experience handling public courses

  • Strong knowledge of board programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • A second degree or professional qualification
