Core Operations Officer at Strivo Labs

About the Role

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Core Operations Officer with proven hands-on expertise in LoanDisk platform operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency across our lending, savings, and HNI investment operations by ensuring smooth system migration, accurate reporting, and operational excellence within LoanDisk.

This role requires a deep understanding of Portfolio at Risk (PAR), loan interest calculations, overdue management, and the ability to generate insightful reports that support compliance, decision-making, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of all legacy and ongoing transactions into the LoanDisk platform
• Configure, manage, and optimize LoanDisk for lending, savings, and HNI investment operations
• Develop and maintain operational and financial reports directly from LoanDisk, including PAR analysis, overdue accounts, interest accrual, and repayment schedules
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all migrated and new transactions
• Collaborate with product, finance, and tech teams to streamline workflows and integrations within LoanDisk
• Monitor and analyze PAR, overdue accounts, and interest collections to support proactive portfolio management
• Embed audit-ready processes and controls within LoanDisk for compliance and risk management
• Train and support internal teams on effective LoanDisk usage, reporting, and best practices
• Continuously improve LoanDisk-related processes to enhance efficiency, reporting quality, and customer experience

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 3–5 years' experience in operations within lending, savings, or fintech environments
• Demonstrated expertise with the LoanDisk platform (configuration, reporting, optimization, troubleshooting)
