About the Role

We are recruiting for a Control Room Operator to oversee all FSO (LPG Loading, Offloading and auxiliary) operations during assigned shifts. This is a key position responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations across all facility systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee all FSO operations including LPG loading, offloading, and auxiliary operations during assigned shifts
• Act as Operational Excellence Capital Steward and FSO Cargo Supervisor representative to ensure safe and efficient shift operations
• Monitor control room systems including Refrigeration, Reliquefication Systems, and Utilities parameters for optimum operation
• Compute daily LPG production figures
• Conduct safe LPG loading, storage, transfer, and ballasting operations to maintain positive stability and safe trim conditions
• Ensure readiness for LPG offloading by completing applicable pre-offloading operational checks and line procedures in a timely manner
• Report to the Cargo Supervisor on operational readiness and status

Required Qualifications

• MCA Deck Officer Certificate of Competency or equivalent
• Certification as a Ship's Deck Officer with relevant hydrocarbons experience
• Minimum Navigation OOW (Officer of the Watch) Certification
• GDMSS Communication Certification
• BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) certification
• Marine experience (preferably with time spent on trading oil tankers)
• Experience with centralized control room operations
