Position Overview

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to manage a portfolio of agreements and new requests, enabling efficient and effective procurement of goods and services. This role focuses on business value, on-time delivery, and cycle time optimization throughout the procure-to-pay process.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate contract pricing, terms, and conditions directly with suppliers while collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve lowest total system costs and appropriate mitigation of supply and legal risk
• Execute Procure-to-Pay (PtP) processes in full compliance with Sourcing & Acquisition Handbook and CIMS (Controls Integrity Management System) catalogs
• Leverage procurement processes and tools to ensure the most effective procurement methods are utilized
• Maintain agreement portfolio including scope updates, pricing, exhibits, and amendments
• Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance; troubleshoot issues and ensure utilization of agreements
• Ensure transactional efficiency of agreements by leveraging systems and processes
• Identify business value and opportunities within the portfolio
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to meet business line expectations
• Provide fit-for-risk process improvements
• Implement category strategic guidance and share portfolio-specific market intelligence to Category Networks
