## Title: Contract Engineer (Construction)

Job Purpose

The Contracts Engineer shall be responsible for the management of contracts and agreements, ensuring they are strategically sourced, competitively tendered, and robustly administered.

This role safeguards the Company's commercial and legal interests, mitigates contractual risk, and fosters strong, performance-driven relationships with vendors and clients to support successful project execution and operational excellence.
