About the Role

An established company is recruiting a Content Production & Design Associate to join its team in Lagos. This role combines creative design, content development, and brand management to support organizational communications across multiple channels and divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Development & Production: Design creative assets including banners, infographics, motion graphics, and videos for digital and print materials; support campaigns, produce and edit multimedia content, and contribute to ideation and storytelling initiatives.
• Internal & External Communications: Create and adapt content for intranet, newsletters, social media, and website; collaborate on tailored campaigns and support events and launches with marketing materials.
• Brand Compliance & Governance: Ensure brand consistency across all materials, maintain asset libraries, templates and guidelines, and support audits and updates for organizational brand structure.
• Divisional Marketing Support: Provide design and content services for divisional teams, adapt materials for campaigns while maintaining alignment with group brand standards.
• Event Branding & Experience: Develop materials including backdrops, signage, and presentation decks for events and activations, ensuring a refreshed and cohesive brand identity.
• Content Management & Optimization: Organize content repositories, optimize assets for efficiency, and track and report on engagement metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Minimum HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communications, or related field
• Experience: 2–4 years in marketing communications, content development, social media, design, and/or video editing

Required Competencies & Skills

• Strong brand awareness, storytelling ability, and visual design skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, editing, and writing abilities
• Proficiency in design tools: CorelDraw, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator)
• Basic UI/UX knowledge
• Photography and videography skills
