Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging short and long-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Brainstorm, script, shoot, and edit original video content that aligns with TechCartel's voice and goals
• Repurpose blog and news content into visual formats that are fun, informative, and easy to consume
• Stay updated with tech and innovation trends to create timely and relevant videos
• Collaborate with the content and social media team to grow TechCartel's online presence
• Add captions, effects, and creative storytelling elements to videos to boost engagement
• Manage posting schedules and optimize content for each platform's algorithm

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
• Good video editing skills (using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Creative thinker with a good sense of storytelling and visual trends
• Basic understanding of tech culture and digital innovation in Africa is a plus
• Good communication and collaboration skills
