Content Creator at Homiespec Foods

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Creator at HomieSpec Foods Africa in Lagos State, Nigeria. We are looking for a creative professional who can transform ideas into compelling content across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand voice and organizational goals
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns to life
• Monitor trends and identify relevant moments to maintain fresh, engaging content
• Track content performance and continuously optimize based on analytics insights
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills in both video and copy formats
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
• Familiarity with social media best practices, trends, and analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics)
• Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with content scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Portfolio or samples of past content including social posts, videos, blogs, and campaigns
