## Title: Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are urgently seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for maximising our sales team's potential, developing strategic sales plans, and presenting these plans to senior management while keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Salary

200,000 - 250,000 + commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth by hitting and exceeding sales targets while successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure strong market presence
  • Recruit, set objectives for, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while maintaining awareness of new products and competitive status

Required Qualifications

  • BSc or HND in Business Administration or related field (MSc is an added advantage)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in the construction or chemical sector
  • Construction-related background
  • Must reside in Ikeja or its environs

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organisational levels
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Commitment to continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences
