Construction Project Manager at Suacasa

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated professional to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Architecture and Interior Architecture, combined with expertise in structural knowledge and construction supervision.

This role requires effective leadership, strategic planning, and excellent project management skills to ensure the successful completion of construction projects within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and executed
• Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, including resource allocation, procurement, and risk management
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and design specifications
• Monitor construction progress, resolve project-related issues or conflicts, and make adjustments as necessary to maintain project schedules
• Supervise and provide guidance to project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective practices throughout the construction process
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders involved in the project
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other project-related records
