Construction Execution Advisor at Hobark International Limited (HIL)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Execution Advisor to provide expert leadership and oversight in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities across major oil and gas projects.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and a proven track record in ensuring safe, cost-effective, and timely delivery of construction operations.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in construction management or field execution within the oil and gas industry
• Proven experience leading large-scale onshore and offshore projects and multi-disciplinary construction teams
• Excellent understanding of construction processes, QA/QC, and safety management systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work across multiple locations and interface with stakeholders at all levels
