Position Overview

PG Consulting Limited is seeking a qualified Computer Hardware Services Manager to lead our IT hardware operations and team in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of IT specialists
• Introduce innovative solutions to enhance hardware services
• Set up and configure hardware systems
• Design and implement systems security measures
• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Perform troubleshooting activities and resolve technical issues
• Schedule routine systems and network upgrades
• Create and maintain records of repairs and fixes
• Manage data backup and restoration procedures

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT hardware management
• Advanced knowledge and demonstrated competence in business development and ICT industry
• Deep understanding of IT hardware market dynamics, product penetration, distribution, and market adoption
• Knowledge of IT hardware product history, latest versions, and modern innovations (locally and globally)
• Professional certification in a related ICT area
• Training capabilities in IT hardware with proven ability to guide installation of IT equipment for clients
