A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) to join our medical team. The successful candidate will support patient care delivery, provide quality healthcare services, and ensure compliance with established clinical standards.
- Monitor patients’ conditions, assess healthcare needs, and provide appropriate care and advice.
- Perform routine clinical procedures such as blood pressure monitoring, administering injections, and other basic clinical tasks.
- Accurately document and update patient health records.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physicians’ instructions.
- Provide prompt and appropriate care during emergency situations.
- Assist physicians and surgeons during medical and minor surgical procedures.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical records and reports.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant work experience.
- Possession of a recognized CHEW qualification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Valid practicing license.
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy is an added advantage.
- Must reside within Magodo, Shangisha, Ketu, or nearby environs.
