We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Role Overview
  • The Commercial Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by sourcing new business, closing profitable deals, and managing key accounts within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
  • The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering tailored logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets within the logistics and freight forwarding market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Manage key accounts and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Handle customer issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, manage the sales pipeline, and report performance using CRM tools.
Required Qualifications: & Experience
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
