Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Coil Tubing / Stimulation Operations Manager to lead and manage all aspects of well intervention and stimulation operations in Nigeria.

The successful candidate will oversee service quality, field performance, personnel development, and project delivery for coil tubing and stimulation activities, ensuring operational integrity, HSE compliance, and technical excellence in every execution.

This leadership role requires a strong combination of technical field experience, strategic operations management, and team leadership, driving performance, reliability, and profitability across the product line.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage coil tubing and stimulation operations to ensure safe and efficient execution
• Supervise field and engineering teams, ensuring adherence to company standards and client specifications
• Oversee job design, pre-job planning, and post-job analysis to optimize performance and service quality
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives focusing on cost efficiency, equipment utilization, and service reliability
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, and maintenance standards across all operations
• Manage operational budgets, manpower allocation, and asset readiness
• Mentor and develop technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in coil tubing and/or stimulation operations management
• Strong technical knowledge of well intervention services and stimulation techniques
• Demonstrated field leadership experience with ability to supervise technical teams
• Experience with HSE compliance and operational safety management
• Track record in budget management and cost optimization
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
