About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work directly with clients to actively listen to their problems and concerns, and suggest healthy and productive coping strategies. This role requires someone who enjoys working closely with people—both clients and team members, and occasionally external agencies.

You will conduct regular appointments with clients, establish positive and trusting relationships, and maintain detailed records of all client interactions while adhering to strict confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe and interview clients to assess their needs and concerns
• Administer treatment and psychological interventions to clients
• Provide counseling and generate detailed client reports
• Measure the effectiveness of interventions and implement adjustments as needed
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and case notes
• Mentor assistant psychologists, psychology students, and interns
• Participate in clinical training seminars, workshops, and public talks
• Conduct internal training sessions with the team
• Contribute to positioning the agency as a leader in psychological interventions
• Complete all administrative and documentation requirements to maintain excellent service standards

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong active listening abilities
• Solid relationship-building capabilities
• Compassionate approach to client care
