## Title: Client Service Manager
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to lead customer service operations and elevate the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the overall patient experience across all touch points
- Lead and train the customer service team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A patient-centric mindset with a commitment to excellence
