Responsibilities
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions and support
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Answer client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or responses
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish positive rapport
- Track and maintain records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
- Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services
- Develop and manage client portfolios
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining causes, selecting solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution
