Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve client complaints and issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintain an open and friendly demeanor with clients and patients

Requirements

• OND or NCE qualification/Degree holder certification
• 2–3 years of working experience in customer service or client care
• Must have completed NYSC program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in EMR portal, Microsoft Office, and other software applications
• Residency within Ikate, Igboefon, and surrounding environs is mandatory

Salary

N120,000 per month
