Job Summary

An established company is recruiting a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage cleaning staff, and ensure all areas meet hygiene and maintenance standards. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure assigned areas are properly cleaned
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleaning standards
• Train and guide cleaning personnel on procedures and safety practices
• Manage cleaning schedules, supply inventory, and staff attendance
• Report maintenance issues or shortages promptly
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety policies

Requirements

• HND, OND, or Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or cleaning role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of cleaning materials and safety protocols
• Punctual, reliable, and proactive approach to work
• Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is highly considered
