Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are clean, sanitary, and well-presented to create a safe and pleasant environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
• Dust and wipe furniture, surfaces, and fixtures
• Clean restrooms, replenish supplies, and disinfect high-touch areas
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste safely
• Wash windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any faults or repairs needed
• Restock cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when inventory is low
• Follow health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals
• Ensure all assigned areas are neat, organized, and ready for use
• Support other departments with occasional cleaning or setup tasks as required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cleaner, janitor, or housekeeper (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Time management and reliability
• Respect for confidentiality and company property

Working Conditions

• Early morning, evening, weekend, or shift hours may be required
• Overtime is paid when applicable
• Uniform and cleaning tools provided

Salary

N50,000 - N70,000 per month
