Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented civil engineer to join our engineering and project team in Abuja. This internship provides practical exposure to site supervision, structural design, and project coordination on real-world construction and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects
• Support site engineers in supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance with specifications
• Conduct site inspections, take measurements, and prepare progress reports
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and technical documentation
• Maintain project records, drawings, and documentation
• Use AutoCAD or similar tools to update and revise engineering drawings
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• B.Eng Degree in Civil Engineering (currently enrolled in NYSC)
• Basic knowledge of structural design and construction principles
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to field conditions
