Responsibilities

• Design and develop project plans, specifications, estimates, and scope of work
• Execute project plans
• Conduct site investigations and analyze survey reports
• Manage construction activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure quality and safety
• Prepare project schedules and cost estimates, ensuring projects remain within budget
• Work with process, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers
• Oversee soil testing to establish soil strength and feasibility of the building
• Prepare progress reports and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Project Management
• Minimum three years of progressive experience in civil engineering work, project management, and site development

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
• Ability to read structural analysis and design
• Understanding of construction methods and materials
