Church Planter and State Intercessor (Osun)

About the Role

Vine City Church International is seeking a dedicated and spiritually mature Church Planter and State Intercessor to pioneer and establish a new church branch in Osun State. This is a leadership position that combines evangelistic outreach, pastoral care, intercessory ministry, and strategic church growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Pioneer and establish a new Vine City Church branch in the assigned state
• Lead evangelistic outreaches, discipleship programs, and spiritual growth initiatives
• Recruit, mentor, and establish new church members and build strong congregations
• Organize and lead intercessory prayers for the region's revival and church expansion
• Plant and build fellowships including Student, Prison, Hospital, and Village Fellowships, as well as daughter churches across the state of assignment
• Provide pastoral care, mentorship, and spiritual guidance to congregation members through visitations and counseling
• Lead church services, teach, and preach the word to the congregation
• Participate fully in morning staff intercession sessions and weekly church programs
• Engage in daily prayer, spiritual warfare, and intercession as a discipline for soul-winning and kingdom expansion
• Utilize spiritual mapping strategies for effective church planting and growth
• Build strong community relationships and oversee church administration
• Function as a church leader and participate in church department work as directed by senior leadership

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree qualification
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in ministry
• Born-again pastor with a genuine passion for church planting
• Proven experience in church leadership and pioneering new churches
• Strong commitment to evangelism, discipleship, and intercessory ministry
• Demonstrated ability to mobilize, recruit, and establish strong congregations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
